Red Ribbon Bakeshop.

Cake! Cake! Cake! I think I should change the name of this blog to something that sounds more "sweeter" cos I don't know if it's just me but I notice I post more about desserts than other foods.

And because I always see Red Ribbon's commercials on TV, I started imagining eating their cakes. Cake! Cake! Cake!

Red Ribbon's Dulce de Leche.

Their cakes don't get the hype but they have always been known enough to have regular visitors plus their cakes may not be hyped but they are yummy. Not too sweet and not too bland. I prefer most of their cakes over Goldilocks but when it comes to breads, other pastries and full meal, Goldilocks has more variations. We'll talk about that some other time.

For now, Red Ribbon has nationwide branches and kiosks. Some branches I know are in Shaw Boulevard, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Escriva Drive, Glorietta 3, Jupiter St. and I think there's also one in Megamall. These are just a few branches that I usually visit or pass by. They have A LOT more.

  1. yummy! made me crave for a piece of cake from red ribbon, this cake happens to be my favorite!

  2. hmmm! yummy! ang sarap naman dito sa blog mo. dami food! hehehe!

  3. Looks very tempting! Is that a cake for one person or more? Can't really see the actual size :)

  4. @anneblythe: sarap 'no? hindi masyado matamis and i love dulce de leche too, kahit sa ice cream. :)

@maroseqf: hehe! i hope i can save up from donations and my own money for a more decent cam, not the SLR though, to give justice to the food. i love taking food photos talaga. :)

@vanilla: whoops sorry! it's actually a "family" size. good enough for 6-8 persons, i think depending on how you slice it. i bought one for the HR office and they were able to slice it to up to 10-12. lol. it IS delicious. ;)

  5. Sarap!!! I love anything from Red Ribbon. :D

  6. We tried Dulce De Leche maybe around two weeks ago. Loved it!
I personally prefer Red Ribbon cakes over Goldilocks, hehe :)

  7. Looks delicious. Who needs the hype? I need the flavor.

  8. Never been a Goldilocks fan, honestly. But THAT just looks heavenly! I love Danes' though (it's a local bakery here in Baguio). Cheap AND delish. :D

btw, followed your blog here. thanks for the follow! :)
